Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups almond powder
1cup coconut flakes or long
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup psyllium husk
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt (a little)
1 cup or more almond milk (add more almond milk to desired dough consistency)
First, prepare your baking pan. Grease the inside of the pan with butter and line it with parchment paper.
Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Slowly add the almond milk while mixing. Keep adding almond milk little by little until you reach the consistency you like for the dough.

Transfer the dough into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Place it in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the bread turns golden brown.

Once baked, place the bread on a wire rack and let it cool. Slice it and enjoy it while it’s still warm!

If you have leftovers, you can also freeze the sliced bread. Simply place the slices in a freezer bag and store them in the freezer. They can keep for about one month.

Whenever you want some, just take a slice out of the freezer and let it thaw before eating. I especially love this bread with a little maple syrup or honey drizzled on top. So simple and delicious! 🍯🍁
